Returns Policy
We review returns on a case-by-case basis. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. We are unable to accept returns after 10 days from time of order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Shipping (Los Angeles → Philippines)
All Philippines orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California via LBC Air Shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total:
- Orders $0–$99.99: $35 shipping
- Orders $100–$199.99: $25 shipping
- Orders $200–$349.99: FREE LBC Air Shipping
- Orders $350–$499.99: $25 shipping
- Orders $500–$749.99: $45 shipping
- Orders $750–$1,499.99: $75 shipping
- Orders $1,500–$2,999.99: $125 shipping
- Orders $3,000+: $250 shipping or custom shipping quote
Please note: Shipping rates are based on standard apparel shipments. Large quantity orders, wholesale orders, or oversized packages may require additional shipping fees based on weight, size, and carrier rates. We will contact you before fulfillment if any adjustment is needed.
